The hotel is very different from the photos shown in mmt . I understand that it’s a budget hotel , but even the basic facilties are worst . The rooms are very dirty , insects in washrooms , very dirty bedsheets . Though I asked them to change then the receptionist changed the room itself , neither the geyser nor ac was working . Water leakage from ac if kept on after an hour . In fact i called the customer care immediately when i saw the room , and complaint that the hotel is very different from the photos in mmt . I asked for cancellation , but since it was non refundable and i was with my family ,travelled almost 300 kilometres and it was late night , I had to stay in the hotel or chose to loose the booking amount . I mean since it’s a budget hotel , bachelors can stay , but will never recommend for families .

Yeah sure what we stay at o chikmaglur super collection is so terrible because nothing is good rooms are so smelly and beds are so dirty and bedsheets have hole in it and ther is no water and power and stay is so unsecured for female,

we didnt like the stay much. First of all its a bar attached one, so not recommended for familiea. And the bed sheets were dirty. Also the service was really poor. We asked for water bottle, that too many times. But they didn't provide it. Not recommended at all

Average kind of room and does the job of you're just taking it for a night sleep and run for sightseeing.

It is actually Park Inn hotel. Food delivery is not available. No shops around to buy food or anything. This place is good only for bachelors and not for families.

It was a bad experience as we checked in hotel at 5:30PM but the blankets, pillows were very dirty, bathroom window was uncovered, and despite having the AC room, they refused to provide AC remote saying that there's no AC included. When I complained the owner said that we're being moved to AC room but still after 1 hr no action was taken. After calling multiple times they finally gave the AC remote. Manager was extremely unprofessional. Although the hotel staff Abhi was totally professional and allowed us to use toilet as we came early to the hotel.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The hotel was great for kids, and the pool area was fantastic. good for family.
