Good budget hotel.
Stayed in this property for a night. The rooms, the property was neat and clean. I wanted a non smoking room but they had only smoking ones which was disappointing. There was a complementary late checkout but it's just name sake. If we request they say no the hotel is booked, not sure if that's the case. The breakfast was served at nearby resto on ground floor. The food was good.

Terrible Stay
Hotel cleaning was not good and not up to mark. Food not delivered at room. In night lot of sound was there in room and electricity problem AC was switch off automatically he is saving electricity

Good Stay
I had a wonderful stay at the Treebo hotel in Chikmagalur. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the beautiful coffee estates and local attractions. Overall, it offered great comfort and value for money. Highly recommended for a peaceful and refreshing .

Experience could be better
Pros: Spacious rooms, location mid of the city, parking available. Cons: Service was poor - the basic amenities promised while booking like electric kettle with tea coffee sachets were not in place and we had to ask for same. We had sightings of cockroaches in the room, that ruined our experience. The food facility was not very great as they had a tie up with a restaurant beside the property which was a small make-do kind of and not up to the mark as we expect while booking a Treebo property. Overall, services did the match up the price.

Good staff, restaurant available nearby, closer to the city. The room was more spacious. Had a good stay with family

Excellent Stay
Property is centrally located, 500 meters from bus stand. The hotel is very good in terms of size, Furnishing, gadgets and accessories in the room. Service is quick and top notch. House keeping and dining staff are well trained in their job. Food was good. Overall a very pleasant happy stay for 5 days. I highly recommend this hotel to the discerning people.

Poor Stay
The hotel is well located. The room is good. Bathroom needs to be very tidy. It's always wet. The hotel water geyser is terrible. There is no proper parking in this property. I faced a terrible time with the parking. Ended up parking my car on the roadside. The people at the desk can be more approachable and accommodative to the guests. One of them was so arrogant that I stopped speaking to the people at the hotel. The restaurant is okayish. I booked the room along with breakfast, but was shocked when the restaurant guy said that the menu is limited for hotel guests who book room and pay for breakfast too. I couldn't even have onion uthappa for breakfast due to this. I was informed that I can have only 3 types of items. I would definitely prefer a better stay the next time.

location of the hotel is good. Has a very high quality veg restaurant. rooms are good. but missing on few things, bathroom was not upto mark in both the rooms. else, everything is fine as shown, and for the cost

Good Stay
The hotel room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very helpful and friendly, except for the senior receptionist. He was a bit rude and not friendly towards us.

facilities are not good
Location is good but room is not given as promised also it is costly for more than 2000 .They will promise you unlimited breakfast but it is not really unlimited they will give only 2 items per person. Complementary Water bottles given are also of 500 ml which is not at all sufficient for 1 full dat .

Excellent Stay
I always prefer Treebo over other stays. This time, it again turned out to be my best decision and luckily we got to see all the rooms, basic, deluxe and supreme and it was wonderful. Their hospitality is great and you will enjoy your trip at peace. I would definitely recommend treebo

soloStayed for two days for official work at chikmagalur. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location was near the main market. Overall the stay was pleasant and is a good option for budget hotel.
