There was no hot water. Owner is very adamant and rude. No facilities and rooms are not in good condition

Lodge was located in a prime locality with ample restaurants nearby and it was easy to reach nearby tourist attractions. Place was kept tidy with courteous staff and even owner was helpful in guiding us for choosing restaurants and tourist attractions. Overall a good experience and happy with the accomodation.

No wifi. No hot water. No tv. Worst behaviour of staffs. Very bad experience.

The hotel room was worst no maintenance no proper bedsheets nor towels bathroom was untidy

I had bad experience the first day i received a room which had full of bed bugs, night when i slept i realised i was bitten by so many of them. When i complained they told me to adjust for one night and later on gave me new room next morning

Make my trip in very easy to book and good, the grand kubere ok ok not bad they want mutch clean in th rooms anther is water is very bad experience

The checkin experience was smooth and room size was also good, room was clean and well maintained and bathroom was also clean. Only thing, one window does not have curtain. Overall a nice stay and in between the city

We were there 2 nights in room however room maintenance is worst and lighting also not good inside room. I don’t have handy

Room was not clean. Wifi was not working. Not worth single rupee. Even after informing 2 to 3 times the receptionist was careless.

My stay at the grand kuber wasn't good. First there was a delay in getting the room as it was being cleaned after the previous tenant checked out. On finally getting my room, we noticed the bedspread and pillow cases were dirty. They had hair and dirt patches all over. The mirror in the room was not cleaned. There seemed to be dust all over the place. Second, when we requested for towels, they towels we received also appeared more gray than white. One towel had a huge hole. The staff was unperturbed and tried to convince us, that this was normal. Overall the rooms are very old, unclean and requires a overhaul. I recommend this hotel only to travellers on a tight budget or for folks looking for a place to rest their at night.

We travel-led as a group of 7, the bedsheets were dirty, when management was asked to change them, he said "all are bedsheets are like this and have stains, come with me i can show you every one of them. Further, there are no toiletries provided in the bathrooms. There is no incentive to stay at this place, there are cheaper and better options available all around the city. Try to avoid at all costs.

Ideal location and the staff is excellent. The rooms are clean and it’s a good place to stay if you are planning a short trip.

Terrible customer service. Not a proper people oriented stay. Smelly bedsheets and bed spread. Overall not happy with the stay.

Absolutely pathetic. We took one look at the hotel, the premises, the hygiene, the room itself and went to another hotel where thankfully a room was available.

Good supporting staff and rooms were hygienic located at the prime location of the city.

Grand kuber is a good lodge in heart of chikmagalur. Walkable from the bus and auto/taxi stand. Regarding hotel: it's a good lodge to stay solo or with family. I was quite impressed with the hygiene maintained by them. The reception person were also good. They responded quite promptly. Only 1 thing i felt would have been great was if it had kitchen. They don't have one. So for everything you have to rely on restaurants near by. I would definitely recommend my friends if they visit chikmagalur.

I stayed here on 29th jun e to 2nd july, the staff was very friendly. It was a neat and clean stay. This place has car parking also
