Terrible Stay

Pathetic no power, no response, no soap, no towel, no proper breakfast, no WIFI. Worst experience we also called makemytrip coustomer support yesterday once checked in no response on time.

Stay was good. Basic amenities were missing. They weren't providing enough drinking water. Rooms were not very clean.

Good Stay

it was a nice and cozy stay. Rooms were cleaned. Location is perfect. hot water was available 24hr. Backup was there. Staff was were helpful and responsive. only improvement is hot kettle with tea and coffee arrangements in room is missing.

Stay was good nice hotel in the middle of a coffee plantation. You can walk in the plantation. Ample parking space. You will not get complementary water bottle, towel, toiletries or anything unless you ask. They were not even giving water bottles after multiple asks. They won't serve tea or coffee for breakfast.
