HOTEL CN WINDSOR

The stay was good, spacious room, room service is excellent, food is good. But only concern washroom it smells very bad.

Firstly, what is good. property is huge and has amenities like swimming pool, table tennis, snooker, camp fire. problem is with the maintenance. Swimming pool is there but you can't use it because it is full of mosquitos and dust. water is not recycled. even basic necessities like hot water doesn't come. TV is there but none of the channels come.

Room size is big but can be maintained better. Room rent is higher for the room. Restaurent food is good

it was an excellent stay with cozy rooms and pools specially The Manager Mr Wajahath Ali was very nice and helping person

Location is good easily accessible. Room is spacious and good. Bathroom we were not very happy with the cleanliness and maintenance, with broken fittings etc. Food was good tasty. Service you can call just above average. Hotel is bit overpriced for the amenities provided. Half the amenities written were not there like ironing table, chappals etc.

Check in process is super fast and the room is already allocated to us, The rooms are big and clean with an extra bed provided without asking for a kid. Breakfast is good, limited options on Saturday and I need to choose from the menu, but the Sunday buffet was real good and lot of options available. check out is super quick.

We stayed for overnight and found to be just ok. And overpriced based on fasciitis available. We felt that they could have better maintained room and washroom.

Hotel was decent but maintenance is not good all lizard excretory is there on the back of the cot. other than that it was good.

Very bad experience as the first room alloted had some issues in power and lights were flickering. Next day breakfast supposed to be complimentary was not given. poor management at the reception.

Cn Windsor was a good stay, with well-maintained facilities like the pool and gaming room, and picturesque garden and reception areas. The view from the room was also pleasant. However, it was a little bit costly.

Everything was good and location was also near to the city only , for families it’s good place to stay

New property, good property, Rooms are spacious, clean, within city , good breakfast quality and staffs are good. Food quality in the restaurant is also good. Overall good experience. This is not with coffee gardens.

Pros: - Location - Near to the city market - Food - Good - Sufficient space - for parking, kids play - Swimming pool - small but located precisely with maintaining privacy - Well maintained garden and water fountain - good for photogenic people - Rooms - relatively new and big rooms (beyond expectation) which are good for kids to play around. Cons: - big rooms may make you feel little bit uncomfortable (may feel sleeping in a hall) as we are used to small hotel rooms. - i had booked 3 rooms they gave me rooms at different floors - usually other hotels provide rooms nearby (at least on same floor) - ⁠during our stay it rained heavily, our room (203) got water inside. Ground floor was like a river.
