The rooms are very beautiful and the location is also very nice but the food was very disappointing. Not so great they have to improve.

Very bad experience we had with cicada properties. We were on a holiday with kids and family and it was in the middle of the woods. No staff will be available after 10 pm. By any chance if we need water also it will not be available after 10 pm. For everything they have lots of many rules. Especially we were very much irritated with prakash who looks after the services there. For any small request he will recite the properties rules. We felt like we didn’t go for a holiday. The food tastes very very bad and very very very costly like a five star hotel. Inspite of its very pricey rates we thought we will have it there as we’re with kids and family, they served it very early on the table without proper coverings and cutlery and they left. All types of insects and mosquitoes are on them. We had no choice. And coming to taste it tasted very horrible even the steam rice(not cooked. There is no room cleaning after 11. 30 am. Overall very bad experience with cicada properties and don’t waste your valuable money time and moods opting their service.
