Although we booked for 2 adults and a child (because on MMT child age is within 17yrs as per booking, my daughter is 11yrs old) but owner refused to give us extra bed saying only till 6yrs it's considered a child and above that we have to book as 3adults) and charged for the extra bed. He said any dispute is between me and MMT as I booked through MMT and not through his website. Very disappointing as he was a bit rude and failed to understand my point of view. But the property was neat and we'll maintained. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Misleading Property Listing and Poor Facilities

We were quite disappointed with the overall experience due to the following issues: • Lack of basic facilities and extremely isolated location, which was not adequately mentioned during booking. • The property supervisor was unresponsive and uncooperative, making communication very difficult. • There was no proper arrangement for dinner or snacks, and we had to travel around 5 km at 10 PM to find food—this was extremely inconvenient, especially with children involved.
