Serene Getaway
A beautiful and serene stay amidst the lush greenery of Chikmagalur! The property is private and peaceful perfect for anyone looking to unwind away from the crowd. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, reflecting the great emphasis they place on hygiene and comfort. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring everything was taken care of without intruding on our privacy. A truly relaxing experience with great service and stunning surroundings. Excellent Stay
Secluza resort is one of the best place I have ever visited in years love the place and best venue to explore the nature, staff are so well trained great service food also was superb truly authentic.. and iam diffentely going to visit again with my family and friends..

Average Stay
It was ok ok. It was 7km inside a mud road travel. don't find it super for the cost paid. we had a 3 day stay at the property in mountain view and the kitchen was down a 1km and their jeep would come for pick up and drop which was not mentioned in the property details we need to depend on that vehicle driver. Our schedule gets delayed due to this travel back and forth for the room. Food also was not our choice if buffet was provided Al a carte we got to convince the front desk person for a room delivery as we could not travel down with kids it was very dark in the night. I think they have only few people to work in the kitchen so they that was difficult for them to manage. TV was also not there in the room. Kids got really bored after reaching room. After 6 we can't go out of the room or sit in the veranda due to lot of insects. Morning when we wake up room was full of insects then we got to call for housekeeping. Rooms will look similar as in pics they have given. They mentioned it's a new property but they could have reduced the cost for it. Property was good but we had some challenges. We paid for the stay which I feel is too high for the facilities provided. May if u opt to stay in room u can go for it. It did not suit us as we usually roam around places and timing was very important for us.

However, we understand that the 5 km approach through a mud road and the distance between the rooms and the dining area may have been inconvenient for your family, especially with young children. We apologize if the logistics of the internal transport were not clearly communicated in advance, and we will make sure to update our listings to reflect this more transparently. Regarding the food service, we are currently operating with a small, dedicated team focused on offering fresh, locally-sourced meals. Your feedback helps us prioritize better guest support and flexibility in our service model. We appreciate your stay and hope you might consider visiting again under different expectations or in the future when our amenities are more in line with your needs.
Great activities and rooms with a big balcony
Nice place to stay with good views and great food. The pool had gold lights and the staff was friendly.
