first thing is that there was no staff in the building, rooms where not clean and bathroom was also dirty, in the morning there was no hot water and after multiple calls and complaints they arranged a heating rod, which was also not working properly. at last the included breakfast was pathetic.

Disappointing Stay at Itsy Shrey’s Hotel, Chikmagalur I had a very disappointing experience at Itsy Shrey’s Hotel in Chikmagalur. The rooms were in poor condition, and the bedsheets were not even cleaned and it was full of hairs spread all over the bed. Despite requesting a change, the staff did not respond at all. The service was extremely unprofessional. Additionally, the breakfast was very disappointing—there was no buffet, and the quality of food was below expectations. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

A decent basic stay

Clean, compact and safe room in the heart of the city. Every major attractions are within 1 hr from the place. The owner was also helpful with directions. Room service was also fine. Parking for cars might be little tricky. Bikes are fine. They also provide bike rentals.

Worst lodge and not suitable to stay

The room is not maintained hygenically. Except room boy no one was there. Tv was not functional. Wash room door was giving sound of tak tak for the winds which disturbed my sleep.

Please don’t book your stay here because the hotel don’t cleanness and they cut the power in the daytime, and also and also i have a proof how that man is scolding her and he is telling you cancel your booking and go to hell. I don’t care about your stay at all, but we do not want here to be all those stuff. This is really wrong. Also with proof i have and also he charge and he charged me for early again that is fine, no issues, but the thing is the man is really worst behaviour. Even he don’t know what is hospitality and what is hospitality, no coffee powder, no milk powder, no sugar, nothing is available. No cool, no, dental kit, nothing i request everyone before going booking before doing your booking in this hotel, never ever book this hotel as the one of the worst part

It was a pathetic experience staying in this property. They asked 500₹ extra. No body was ever available at reception. Water was not available in the morning. Had to wait almost 2-3 hrs just for water. Didn’t get breakfast despite the payment was done for breakfast. For each and everything I had to call owner of the hotel. And had to wait 1 hr for everything. They just ruined our mood during our vacation. Not recommended. ??

Posted unreal (other) images, no parking, worst experience the room i stayed in was filthy, with stained carpets and dirty linens. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not properly cleaned before my arrival.
