Sana Beach Reaort, Mandarmoni, this is our 2nd visit to the property. We had visited the property 6-7 years ago.
This is time, when we visited found the same green environment which cheer your heart. But when we enterd our "Premium Double Room", booked through MMT shattered my all expectation. We are alloted at Room No-206 which no way look premium.
The room equiped with old furniture and fittings. Air conditioned is old enough to cool the room within 30 minutes. Moreover it draw feared that it may fall anytime considering the situation of the same.
Bathroom shower noob/liver is so old that, when you pulled it, it comes to your hand. Somehow, we further fix it and start to use.
The room comes with a small balcony where outlet of air condition have been installed and naked wire was swinging at the small balcony which could touch your body anymoment.
They provided a TV, which alloted some channels.
They did not provide tea, coffee making facility at room to the so called " Premium Double Room".
When we checked in to the room and tried to communicate the bad condition of AC, Bathroom and TV facility, none picked up the phone at reception after dialing 6-7 times, thus we had to adjust at the room.
Room service was so pathetic that make us wait for at least 1 hour from the schedule time to deliver.
Food was good served at the resort.
Lastly, paid for two night with the above mentioned miserable experiences is seems very costly. I am the regular customer of MMT and urge that you people also should take care of the interest of the guests, so that we did not feel cheated after having such experience.
