**Service:**
The service is extremely slow. Even a simple request like a glass of water takes 20–25 minutes. Food orders can take up to 2 hours and often only get processed after multiple follow-ups.
**Breakfast:**
Even if breakfast is included in the package, you're still charged ₹999 for a floating breakfast tray. When I asked what’s different about it, I was told it’s the same food—just served on a tray in the pool. So essentially, you’re paying ₹999 just for presentation. If breakfast wasn’t included, the charge might make sense, but in this case, it felt unreasonable.
**Drinks:**
There’s no bar at the property, so if you want drinks, you’ll have to arrange everything yourself.
**Pool:**
The pool is the main highlight of the place. However, even that isn’t well maintained. There were visible particles in the water, although they do use bleach powder for cleaning.
**Location:**
The hotel is about 2–3 km from the main beach area. While the shoreline is within walking distance, it’s not really a beach you can enjoy or bathe at, and it’s usually empty.
**Overall:**
The property definitely needs improvement in several areas to enhance the guest experience. As of now I don’t recommend this property until they fix issues.
