Hotel was so good, Staff behaviour is very good (professional and friendly), food is good but need more improvement, 2-3 mints walking to sea beach, but too far from beach market area, about 6-8 km.

Property was well located, staff behaviour was good, the property was clean. Close to the sea beach. Pool was good. Only thing which can be added is accommodation for driver.

**Service:** The service is extremely slow. Even a simple request like a glass of water takes 20–25 minutes. Food orders can take up to 2 hours and often only get processed after multiple follow-ups. **Breakfast:** Even if breakfast is included in the package, you're still charged ₹999 for a floating breakfast tray. When I asked what’s different about it, I was told it’s the same food—just served on a tray in the pool. So essentially, you’re paying ₹999 just for presentation. If breakfast wasn’t included, the charge might make sense, but in this case, it felt unreasonable. **Drinks:** There’s no bar at the property, so if you want drinks, you’ll have to arrange everything yourself. **Pool:** The pool is the main highlight of the place. However, even that isn’t well maintained. There were visible particles in the water, although they do use bleach powder for cleaning. **Location:** The hotel is about 2–3 km from the main beach area. While the shoreline is within walking distance, it’s not really a beach you can enjoy or bathe at, and it’s usually empty. **Overall:** The property definitely needs improvement in several areas to enhance the guest experience. As of now I don’t recommend this property until they fix issues.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return! Service: 5/5 The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Friendly, professional, and always available – truly exceptional service. Food: 4/5 The meals were delicious with a good variety to choose from. While there’s still a little room for improvement in the menu options, overall, the quality and taste were great. Cleanliness: 5/5 Spotlessly clean from the rooms to the common areas. Housekeeping was consistent and meticulous throughout my stay. Welcoming Atmosphere: 5/5 From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Location: 4/5 The hotel is about 4 km from the main beach, but transportation is readily available and efficient, so getting around was never an issue.

Food quality was horrible.Staff behavior was average. Room was small. Only the swimming pool was good.

this hotel is not at all a sea view hotel although it is mentioned in mmt the rooms are sea view. electrical appliances are not in working conditions even after complaining for several times the authorities didn't bother to resolve the issues. the hotel is almost 7 minutes away from the beach and rooms are not at all sea view rooms. most of the food mentioned in their menu is not available and the authorities are not even bothered about it.

Everything was up to the mark.. delicious food and excellent hospitality of the staff...we booked cottage with pool access...the rooms were clean...pool was also good..they say pool time is 9am to 10pm but it's flexible...guest enjoyed swimming till mid night

Not enough staff, restaurants did not have glass for serving water. Pool was not very clean, staff was not efficient. They did not serve water to guest
