The food and the service were very good but the room needs a little maintenance and the pool is cozy

Property is very good . Location wise is also good. It’s very neat and clean and well maintained. On site Swimming pool amenities is excellent. Services are very good and prompt. Staffs are co-operative. Over all experience was very good. It was really nice property and location was also good easily access to the property. Food was excellent. Facilities like swimming pool was very good and the service was also excellent. Staffs are polite and helpful. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

I recently had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I must appreciate the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. From the moment we arrived, we were given a warm welcome. My sister-in-law was feeling very unwell, and the manager at the reception, Mr. Abhishek, immediately took the initiative to arrange for a doctor and even provided her with coconut water and saline water to help her recover. His concern and prompt action truly touched us. At the restaurant, Ms. Meghla went out of her way to offer my sister-in-law her personal hot bag to ease her discomfort — such kindness is rare to find. The restaurant manager Mr. Bhunia also guided us with excellent food suggestions, recommending dishes we would enjoy while being mindful of what to avoid. Overall, the staff’s humble and respectful behavior made our experience memorable. Their care and attention turned a difficult situation into a comforting and pleasant stay.

And I visited viceroy resort mandarin two times including this recent visite but last time I have faces lots of problems I.e plates at dining tables are very poor and yollowish that's means plates are very old otherwise this not cleaning properly.This is rubbish this types of plates are not used at footpath also.Hence Iam visited towards table tennis room for playing with my daughter they have supllied us a broken ball and bat also.This is terrific. Bedsheets also you yollowish. Please correct this immediately for sake of the visitos

Resort property was well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Food was excellent 👍 Lawn ,pool excellent 👍 Humble staff👍

The property itself is not good not bad. The small refrigerator in the room does not work, there were no chairs in the room. The breakfast buffet had very limited options. Given the price, the service was poor.

Perfect family getaway! Our 10-month-old got fresh juice and yummy khichuri made just for him — he was super happy! 💛 Tasty food, quick service, and the pool area was a total hit!

Had a pleasant stay at Viceroy resort which is just a minute's walk from the Mandarmani sea beach. The location is fantastic, with easy beach access. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was quite good. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool, where food and liquor were served right inside the pool, made for a fun and relaxing experience. Great spot for families and kids. Only downside was that the room doors and washrooms looked a bit untidy, likely due to the sea’s effect on the property but better upkeep would improve the overall experience. Overall, a great stay!
