Review Of Viceroy Beach & Spa Resort

And I visited viceroy resort mandarin two times including this recent visite but last time I have faces lots of problems I.e plates at dining tables are very poor and yollowish that's means plates are very old otherwise this not cleaning properly.This is rubbish this types of plates are not used at footpath also.Hence Iam visited towards table tennis room for playing with my daughter they have supllied us a broken ball and bat also.This is terrific. Bedsheets also you yollowish. Please correct this immediately for sake of the visitos

Resort property was well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Food was excellent 👍 Lawn ,pool excellent 👍 Humble staff👍

The property itself is not good not bad. The small refrigerator in the room does not work, there were no chairs in the room. The breakfast buffet had very limited options. Given the price, the service was poor.

Perfect family getaway! Our 10-month-old got fresh juice and yummy khichuri made just for him — he was super happy! 💛 Tasty food, quick service, and the pool area was a total hit!

Good ambience hotel. Clean and big rooms with extra bed n sofa on ground floor. Nice pool party arrangement .hotel staff behaviour polite and conducive.slight scope of improvement for toilet cleanliness.MMT this hotel shows costlier.Good effort by hotel for bird friendly atmosphere. Small animal planet good.kid garden is also there and 200 m away from beach.

Had a pleasant stay at Viceroy resort which is just a minute's walk from the Mandarmani sea beach. The location is fantastic, with easy beach access. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was quite good. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool, where food and liquor were served right inside the pool, made for a fun and relaxing experience. Great spot for families and kids. Only downside was that the room doors and washrooms looked a bit untidy, likely due to the sea’s effect on the property but better upkeep would improve the overall experience. Overall, a great stay!

Rooms are not maintained properly, need attention service especially room service is pathetic. Food is good.

Staff were extremely cooperative. The facility has a definite class above the other resorts in the area. Distance to the beach is a little walk though.

Was there for a couple of nights. The rooms were quite cozy. Neat and clean. The washroom too was neat and clean. The birds in the middle was soothing. Lots of greenery on the lawns. The pool was exciting so was the pool side drinks section. Foods was average not great. Could have been better. Most importantly the ACs were working fine and was cooling nicely.
