The staff was cordial and helpful. Location, for my purposes, was excellent with plenty of parking, good food and completely separate area outside the immediate hotel building for people who like to avail bar facilities.

Good location, close to the Highway, the rooms were clean, service was excellent. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive.

We planned a business visit to a college nearby and booked 7 rooms at the palm. They supported in getting all facilities required, arranged early breakfast and later some provision to freshen up even after checkout. Good behaviour from all the staff

Location is little far from kottayam city. Very nice rooms and well maintained. Overall it was satisfactory.
