Excellent Stay
Stayed there for one night. The room was a mini one. ideal for a solo traveller. single cot and bed, it had a study table, dressing table and wardrobe as well. it was kept clean. complementary breakfast was good. suggested for solo travellers and family

Hotel Aida, Kottayam - Worth the stay
My stay at Hotel Aida in Kottayam, Kodumatha was a 1 night stay. Despite the short stay, I would say the stay in itself was fantastic. The room was clean and well-maintained, bathroom was clean and came with all other facilities. The food provided was also pretty good (my stay came with complimentary breakfast and the options provided was good). There was also in-house taxi services provided if you want to go somewhere as well. Last but not the least, the staff were kind and accomodating to all requests. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Kottayam again, definitely my go-to option for hotel stays in and around Kottayam.

Good Stay
Stay was top notch inspite of few glitches. The network was very poor and the TV WIFI was not connecting. During our stay of 3 days they got it done on the last day. Staying with kids that was a major concern for me. The restaurant was very good and we were very relieved with the quality of food. Customer friendly reception and other staff, including house keeping as well as the restaurant staff. I would definitely recommend Aida👌

Good Accommodation for business travellers.
Very clean rooms with all basic amenities. Overall, had a positive stay. They could do better with providing iron boards & iron for business travellers.

Poor Service and food, Kids were allowed in Resto Bar, Limited food choices, Toileteries are chargeable here and hence not provided for double occupancy. No Variety and taste in Breakfast in any of the restaurants.

Dear Guest, We are sorry to know that you were not satisfied with our services. It is true that we do not keep restriction on kids at our restobar, The Outhouse Bistro. The reason being that, this outlet is positioned as a family friendly restobar, where families can come together for a fun filled evening, in the company of good music and pub grubs. I am sorry to know that you were not satisfied with the choices in our menu. We are generally appreciated for the wide variety of items in our menu, be it Indian, Tandoor, Continental, Chinese or Kerala cuisines. As our hotel is primarily a non-vegetarian hotel, the count of vegetarian dishes on our menu is indeed limited, it that was what you were looking for. Regular toiletries like soap, shampoo, dental kit, comb etc are provided on complimentary basis. Only shaving kit and hair oil are provided on chargeable basis, which has been our policy for many years. Breakfast is served only in Theos Restaurant. It's a buffet breakfast included along with your room. The menu offers a standard spread of two Indian dishes and a basic continental spread along with accompaniments. We had recently added bakery items like croissant/Danish breads, cakes and also sausages in the menu. We hope to serve you better on your next visit. Kuruvilla George GM
