Room was neat and clean. And checkin was also smooth.As per website, restaurant facilities are available. But after reaching hotel, it was found that it restaurant is shut down. And the tap and flush in the bathroom were not working at all. Altogether, it was dis appointing.

Location is good, food is manageable. Some chicken curry dishes deserved more cooking i felt. Room & bathroom was clean, but door lock & other fixtures deserve maintenance. Room service is good, but room i stayed near entrance had no elevator. Good for short & quick stay, without aiming for too much luxury

Excellent Stay
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. The food was good and great value for money and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

businessVery average stay. Ac was not working fine. Room was tidy but other facilities were poor. Breakfast was very poor with only option of chapathi and parotta in morning

We stayed for 4 days and not even a single day the room was cleaned. Breakfast was horrible. Rooms were just basic

Great experience
soloBeautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with tvs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.

businessRooms were average and feel closhtrophobic. Not value for money. Food taste was average. No sign board of treebo and we kept searching hotel a night. Only prince restaurant and bar was mentioned.

Treebo trend hotel prince is near city center. The positive thing about the hotel is the most supportive and courteous staff. They have good parking. Problem is they are overpriced. I paid rs for a single person stay including break fast. But breakfast menu was limited. We have better options available at kottayam at reasonable prices.
