I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located right in the centre of town. The hotel itself is very posh and beautifully maintained. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the elegant interiors and the warm welcome from the staff. Everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, with all fittings in both the room and bathroom finished to a luxurious standard. If I could offer one small suggestion to the management: please consider keeping the air conditioning on in the reception area. During checkout, the heat was quite uncomfortable — we found it hard to stand there for even five minutes, and I couldn’t help but feel for the reception staff who have to work in those conditions. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a central location.

The food was delicious and fresh. The rooms and surroundings were spotless. Facilities were well-maintained and modern. Amenities provided were thoughtful and useful. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

It is situated at middle of ayarkunnam town. The well maintained property, Clan and luxurious rooms. The food at restaurant is very good. Good staff behaviour. I will refer this hotel to anyone

Very beautiful stay with tasty food. Very fast and smart room service. The restaurant was too good. Some missing things like dental kit, tissue paper also needed. Otherwise everything was good.

Rooms are very clean, Customer service was good and polite staff especially Pavan, Akshay and Neha. Room service was good and the food was nice as well.

Very calm and quiet stay in town but not too much away from pala. Near to pala town. Well maintained washrooms, rooms and wardrobes. Mostly the food was really tasty and rich in quantity. Also their service was neat and clean. Some more objects needed like iron box, table, dental kit, hair dryer etc. are expected but not provided or missed 👍

The property is good and brand new. The room is clean. However the hotel had a water non-availability problem and they could not resolve it which spoiled the stay experience.
