Merlin Residency

Throughout night Rat noise was disturbed a lot. And the bar entry should be from the back side as locals are a problem if a woman stays alone or with her child. After having 4-6 pegs all locals gathered just in front of the Merlin Residency entry, which was not safe for women. All the staff from reception to housekeeping and restaurants were cooperative. I would like to suggest your Merlin Residency to my friend if the Bar and rat problem is clear.

It's a good Merlin Residency to stay in but the man in the reception is not very welcoming. I think he doesn't know how to welcome guests. The room was in good condition with a proper mattress and the amenities such as a hair dryer, geyser, kettle etc. The turn off moment was the towels they kept in the toilet which have dirt spots and the white colour turned into ivory. They have enough underground parking space. The fan was noisy.

The stay was good, safe for the family. Good ambience. Very clean and hygienic. Polite helpful staff. Food was good (we just had one meal as we were moving around. Pols note the restaurant closes by 8:30 in the evening. Plan accordingly.

Rooms are so clean and vibrant. Noise free rooms and good mattress. Only issues are no breakfast and front desk staff are not trained well for the service industry. Covered parking downstairs for guests with rooms

The stay quite nice and classic, The rooms were Clean and hygiene. The Reception was also Awesome. Parking Facility was also quite comfortable, Apart from room the corridor was also neat. 100% privacy also.

The Merlin Residency located in manarcaud around 10 km from Kottayam town. They are good service, neat and clean interior. Nearby bus stop and taxi stations. preferred to Business persons and family

Hotel is located in manarcadu 15 minutes drive from kottayam town provides excellent facilities.
