It is a budget hotel, so expect that much only. The room is big enough has got all the basic amenities. The parking space is on the other side of the road. Cons - bad smell was coming from the bathroom, probably of vomitus. The room is clean but there is dust under the furniture and there are lots of small cockroaches

On the bed there were small cockroaches, also in bathroom. Hairdryer and all is not working. No basic amenties like dental kit. Looks good but no quality.

The room and washroom was good and neat, except in the case of receptionist who were there, such a arrogant lady. She was rude from the beginning we entered the hotel reception. Those who had experience with this lady will never think of taking rooms in this hotel. I hope the hotel management will take action against this lady or replace thus lady by another staff to find solution for this issue. I will not recommend this to others...very poor rooms with a lot of dust. Not good for families as this has a bar. There is a liquor shop in 50 mtrs. So, the overall experience is not that great for families. We need to be on our guard all the time. There was a foul smell in the room throughout. Only the food was good.

Despite a convenient location and pleasant views, the negatives overshadowed any positives. I hope the management takes these criticisms constructively to improve their services. in the voucher it is written the check out time is 12 pm. but the hotel receptionist said it is 10 Am. how is that possible? the guest will plan accordingly to check out at 12 PM. after taking the room, our plans are out😡

There is no problem, the room is clean and the environment is clean everything is fine i think they know the front office staff should smile any way overlall not bad

Actually i was booked non ac - due to high humidity. I asked the hotel to shift my room to ac ( i'm ready to pay extra amount) but staff refused, if i want to shift they ask me to pay existing booked fare will not include the ac traffic pay 1800 rs additional per day.

4. It was a wonderful stay, the facilities they provided is very good. They provided good toiletries. Only the negative thing i experienced is that the television not working in my room.
