only bar concentrate hotel not for stay expecially family can't use this property bad smell and liquor smell allover the hotel, they don't have any hospitality

Good overall .......hot water in the early hrs seems to be less warmer ....the ac is very noisy.....such things can improve👍🏻

I stayed for 2 days. No proper response when called. Always parking problem and they dont even clean the room.

Had a comfortable stay and easy check in process. Hotel was well equipped with all amenities and quick service.

First of all it was not a child ffriendly hotel. It was purely a bar hotel. Food is also average but very costly. We had vacated in the evening itself. Cigerette smell was roaming from most of the rooms. Very disappointed

i recently stayed at **hotel malika residency** and overall had a pleasant experience. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and quite spacious. the staff was courteous and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. one small issue i faced was a **delay in getting drinking water** to the room. it took longer than expected even after a couple of reminders, which was a bit inconvenient, especially after a long journey. hopefully, this is something the management can address for quicker service in the future. aside from that, the amenities were good, and the location is quite convenient for getting around the city. would definitely consider staying here again.

Good stay with affordable rate at the heart of city near ettumanoor temple. Neat and clean stay with good interior. They are having a good resto bar also which serves good food and liquor.

I recently stayed at Malika Residency and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary water and toiletries. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Except the minibar in the room we have to pay for the items we use. Chocolate cashews drinks etc. Other than that it was a very calm and pleasant stay for the 3 days we came for the tournament

Premium rooms, good for family ,no disturbance for guests, but ac remote some time not working ,also good space for luggage storage,if we need to keep luggage after check out it’s available

pricing is to high ,The room was clean and had the basic amenities, but it lacked the extra touches that could have made the stay more comfortable. Some aspects, like the furniture and bathroom fixtures, felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade.

The hotel, room snd amenities were good. But lot of maintanence improvements need to be focussed upon. Like the lift on the day was non functional. In any hotel - someone helps us with luggages. I didnt have lift and has to climb upstairs with my luggage. When we leave too security sits inside the cabin, thinking its not of his buisiness. However the receptionist was kind amd the room seevice team. Food was just average not grand!. Stay was good. Cleanliness was perfect. Peaceful. Need to improve on hospitality
