    Its altogether a useless place. The room boy arrives at 10 am. So ni tea or coffee or breakfast till then. The bed is full of bugs. The whole place is infested with mosquitos and cockroaches. The Receptionist is the only staff you get to see. Infact that poor gentleman carried our luggage to second floor. No lift in the hotel. No food. No nothing. No car parking. The hotel has a tiny bar in the basement. Shady looking. The plus points of the place are ... The Receptionst is a nice guy. Very co-operative. The bathrooms are clean. Avoid this place at any cost.

    Pathetic place. The owner was stating that since MMT takes a good commission this room was booked on loss. The bathroom didn't have a lock and the bathroom tap was broken. We ordered coffee which came after 40 minutes

    AC is very good. Hot water available, I got this room for rs 1000 after all discounts, for that amount it's very good. Safe for family. Good and safe parking is available. Room service is average, restaurant is available,

    Except for the location, all else in this hotel are worthless. No restraint. No Wi fi. No room service. Not even a tiny bar of soap is provided. Dirty towel. I can only blame myself for sering the pictures Make my trip provided. Got totally cheated again after my torture at Ramanas Residency at Pondy. I think I will sign out from MMT. You can't mailed people. It's bad for business. Thanks

    Air condition was working all the time, but could not get hot water for Bath during our stay in winter (january), had to ask for help and we managed to get someone from the hotel to get a bucket of hot water. Otherwise the bathroom, and all other rooms were clean and with modern amenities. We had to go to many places between cochin and chengannur, so the location of this hotel (Kottayam) (just besides JOSCO Kottayam) was midway and so was accessible from all other locations we had to visit. We had breakfast and lunch outside, but had dinner twice in the hotel itself. But their restaurant closes by 9. 30 pm, so the visitors has to be aware of this timings, so that if they are going to reach the hotel beyond this time, they have to have their dinner outside. Drinking water is chargeable here in the hotel. They do not fill any jars or jugs for us. Instead they sell us mineral water.
