The stay was good, the room was spacious and Comfortable. The AC, washroom toiletries were also good. There were some stains on the blanket and the towels provided, which is something to be improved. The location is also near to the centre which also makes it convenient.

I expected the hotel beds and cleanliness to be much better... The matress was very old and and outdated. Later next day, Breakfast was not followed as per the time. Buffet food was served cold and most of the menu was not available when it's was still 20min left for the breakfast time to be over.

Excellent Stay
It’s near Kottayam bus stand. It’s old but well maintained. If you are looking for a Silent and peaceful place then this is it. Rooms were clean and everything was available which made our stay comfortable. Breakfast spread was amazing. Overall it was comfy experience.

The recent stay DAAN Orchid Residency was very nice . Neat and clean room. Easy to locate and safe parking space. AC,TV and hot water was working.

Good Stay
We booked room for a short stay at Daan orchid.. The room were big and we'll kept... it was completely dust free inside the room... room service was quick and staff were helpful... food was average... few dishes were good and few were very oily and burnt... breakfast buffet was small but it was good with a kerala touch...common areas and surroundings were bit shabby...

receptionist was bad talks and they provide extra charge for the guest and room service was not good,

Disappointed! Below average but not poo
Disappointed.. The room was dirty and bedsheets are very olddd... The breakfast was worst. Only packed butter and jam was good.

Staff is not welcoming. Room average...No one showed us our room... AC working... Old property.....Restaurant not working. Didn’t give us dinner. They didn’t give priority to persons staying....Approach road is shady with local Bar nearby

Excellent property to stay with family
Excellent room Excellent location Excellent people Excellent stay .But restaurant food was good but delay in service witnessed. For sure my next stay in kottayam will be at the same place .

Location is great. In the middle of town. Reception staff very helpful.. Good breakfast It would be great if they could include more toiletries in the room and more clean bed sheets. Adding cutlery and tissue papers to the dining table

Monsoon trip
It was really excellent stay 😍 Rooms are good, all amenities are there inside the room. Reception staffs are very nice.
