Very bad experience, staff committee very badly, please remove this hotel

The stay was so good, good staff behaviour and warm welcome got from the staff, Room service was also good, enquired about dinner and breakfast. All the day was so good

Facilities and Services were top notch. Can't say anything that made me disappointed. Totally recommended.

The restaurant was closed for renovations. The room was spacious.extra bed provided was a little bit dirty.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was not friendly, especially at the reception. It was clear that guests who booked directly were given more attention and better treatment, while we, who booked through MakeMyTrip, were largely ignored. The corridors and lift were not clean or well-maintained, which added to the negative impression. While the room itself was spacious and somewhat clean, there was a lack of privacy due to noise from the staff, which made the stay uncomfortable. This hotel may be acceptable for solo travelers, but I would not recommend it for families or couples. Overall, I felt unwelcome, particularly because of the behavior of the reception staff.

Stayed 1 night with family in a Standard Room. The hotel is located in the middle of the town, so it’s easily accessible. Room was good and clean, but there was a small issue with the door lock. I received complimentary breakfast through an MMT coupon, which was nice. However, the front desk service could be improved. Overall, an average stay — convenient location but not fully worth the price.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The location was convenient, and everything was well maintained. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The stay was good, the room was spacious and Comfortable. The AC, washroom toiletries were also good. There were some stains on the blanket and the towels provided, which is something to be improved. The location is also near to the centre which also makes it convenient.

I expected the hotel beds and cleanliness to be much better... The matress was very old and and outdated. Later next day, Breakfast was not followed as per the time. Buffet food was served cold and most of the menu was not available when it's was still 20min left for the breakfast time to be over.

The wash rooms were not good. Additionally, there was smell in one of the rooms. Totally disappointed. Could not sleep during the night.

It’s near Kottayam bus stand. It’s old but well maintained. If you are looking for a Silent and peaceful place then this is it. Rooms were clean and everything was available which made our stay comfortable. Breakfast spread was amazing. Overall it was comfy experience.

The recent stay DAAN Orchid Residency was very nice . Neat and clean room. Easy to locate and safe parking space. AC,TV and hot water was working.

The surroundings of the hotel is not clean and tidy, especially the parking area.

We booked room for a short stay at Daan orchid.. The room were big and we'll kept... it was completely dust free inside the room... room service was quick and staff were helpful... food was average... few dishes were good and few were very oily and burnt... breakfast buffet was small but it was good with a kerala touch...common areas and surroundings were bit shabby...

receptionist was bad talks and they provide extra charge for the guest and room service was not good,
