The stay was so comfortable and the room and services were really good.

I suspect the staff might lack experience in hotel management. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and tidy. However, the service isn't very smooth; for example, getting extra towels can be slow. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

Luxury stay at an affordable price range. The property is almost new and located at a calm location, even though it is outside the city. Clean rooms and nice arrangements. Food options are also decent.

hi I'm sujith it was a wonderful stay in park residency . i was staying in room 201 and rooms are neat and clean all furnitures are well maintained as a housekeeping supervisor I'm ok with the room .but there are some problems like linen stain and mini fridge was hot need to be checked should change the water bottle caps .food was okay.staffs are need to be more trained but any way it's fine ☺️ I loved the room be helpful to every guest who comes 🫂 . some maintenance complaints are there rest everything is ok . also I got only one bath towel , 2 soaps 1 shampoo in room there was no hand towel and maindoor was hard to open and hard to close need to be checked . then you should keep an normal lock from inside . and the reception team was little lazzy but it's ok 😊. all guest are not same check the guest profile also pls🫂💕 .surely i will visit again one of the best property in kottayam with this price ranges 💕💕💕💕

Room & property was good and clean. Services can improve way better

Very good stay and comfortable rooms. Interiors are also well designed. Only concern was the lack of shaded parking. Also the presence of bar next to it was kind of shady.

Good ambience and services. Easy check in and check out procedures. Behavior of satff was cordial. Room and bathroom hygienic and appealing. Quality and quantity of food offered is very nice.providing almost all necessary amenities

Stay at park residency was beyond excellent. Room was clean and tidy. Everything was on another level. Friendly staffs. Wide parking facility and close to main road making more comfortable to travel there.

Hi my self muhamed ansif, yesterday i stayed in park residence, during mng time when i asked for tooth paste and brush, they behaved very badly, especially who is sitting in the reception, he is saying that what he can do it, i am fully uncomfortable with stay, i always prefer make my trip for better options, this time unfortunately it makes be very uncomfortable
