It was a wonderful stay.Food was excellent and amenities are also good.

This was the worst stay I've had in Kottayam. While staff behavior were good, everything else was a complete letdown. The property is absolutely not worth the price they charge. Totally disappointing and not recommended.a

Un hygienic and bad smell in room. Bathroom items not provided. TV not working. We are check it out after one hour due to uncomfort and horrible stay. One of the bad experience from MMT booking

When you go from the hotel lobby to the room, you feel like you are going to a ordinary lodge room. And the towels and other things provided there are all low quality items. We don't get any kind of facility there for the money we pay.

Food and services not good . Even amenities also . Totally it’s not look like a 3 star hotel by professionalism’s .

Joyees Residency experience was average. Including tax the booking amount was Rs. 2000. But room cleanliness was not good. There were food/snacks waste still on the floor. AC cooling was also average. Total atmosphere of the hotel including receiption clearly shows a lack of maintenance.

food not provided (included on payment complimentary break fast named but paid 400 more),the amenities showing in list was not there got brand new broken towels with full of scratches ,no dental kits, etc..with this amount will get super facilities some where else more over I can say very horrible

The location and property is ok, hot water is not available whole day, as per the booking, breakfast is included but they are not provided the breakfast, then why you charged that amount?? need a clear explanation

Room and facilities are good, some water droppings from upside on the corner of the bathroom. Staffs are good and helpful. Food service not much satisfied.

Very good service and very near to kottayam bus stop it's easy to walk from other streets to go.

Not suitable for a business stay. No wifi. Poor mobile network coverage in rooms. Hotel is not maintained properly. I asked for a room change as i had network issue for my phone in the room. But the manager reverted that they do not have any vacant rooms (which was a lie. The next day during breakfast i understood that there was very few rooms occupied the same day. Very much dissatisfied with the stay.

The room is decent. The bathroom was clean except there were no laundry covers or bathroom slippers. Had some difficulty checking in because of booking issues. Except that it was an okay experience.

The property location is very easy to reach, comfortable ambience medium size room clean bathrooms. Food is ok

Horrible experience bathroom was full of cockroaches and one of my friend came and visited me and the hotel asked money for that they are saying visitor are not allowed as per there policy then i paid 840rs additional on top of what i paid overall i will say i won't recommend anyone to stay in this kind of hotels it was a terrible experience and i am so much disappointed
