Good Stay
Location is very good, Food quite Nice, Amenities good, Services good. Overall, a nice property, particularly for those attending Kolkata Airport.

Poor Stay
We extremely shocked to see the size of premium room. We need spacious room so we have selected premium room and paid premium also. But the room was too small. When we complaint about the same receptionist clearly told that this is the only room and if it is not ok we can cancel the same.

Superb stay
familyVery clean and big room. All amenities are there. All staffs are very helpful. Proper pillow and blanket provided. Overall very good experience.

Good gore the price paid
businessA very good hotel at very cheap price. However rooms need maintenance. There were cockroaches in cupboard. However the room size and washroom area compensated for the rest

Loved the hospitality and service

Good facility given bye oval rooms
All the hotel employees were food and every facility was fine but the room was not that much clean as i have expected.

The room were average and bathroom commode was broken, towel was clean but with stains, etc small hotel and not as shown in pics

Comfortable layover
The place is clean and the person at the helpdesk was helpful. I found the room a little small and the corridors narrow considering the amount. All amenities like electric kettle, ac, geyser and tv worked fine. All in all a comfortable stay for layovers.

The ambience the hospitality the room the housekeeping is really berry bad its worth of 2000 and the experience we got is horrible. Horrible stay it was we cant even stay for 24 hrs we just did our check out by evening
