Bad booking experience from mmt.

The staff of the hotel was good and cooperative but had a bad experience with mmt. I booked the hotel 3-4 days before the stay. Paid the whole amount in advance but the hotel dint receive any kind of booking from their end. Was standing at the reception with family for more than 15 minutes. After having argument with mmt. They sent my booking to hotel. And finally i checked in.

familyExtremely difficult to find out the building. There is no signage anywhere near the property. Even if you are standing infront of it there is no way to know that it's a OYO property. I haven't tasted the food,so can't comment. Not much of hygiene maintained here. The Linens are dirty and torn. I must admit that the staffs are polite and helpful. That's a great scoring point
