This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.

the manager who didn’t even turned up single day doesn’t have sense how to talk to her customers or people coming over…. not a single day breakfast buffet was put on tables they said it will be all carte but still served 1.5 hours late…. still we didn’t complained the person at counter didn’t had answers when we showed our booking details n it was clearly mentioned in they said shortage of dairy at breakfast when we already paid in advance for breakfast bookings…

It was a wonderful stay. The food quality is awesome, both breakfast and dinner were luscious. The staff (Reception, Food court and others) was very helpful, and the rooms was clean and hygiene was 5 ⭐. Some suggestions- the resort should enhance the kids play area. The valley view and the side by stream are other merits to add. Rest assured, the hotel is worth a stay.

My family and my friends had a wonderful stay at great empire hotel. Their family room is appropriate for a couple with kids. We booked 2 family rooms which had a river view. The staff was courteous specially ms suhani. Thanks shani for your kind behavior. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The location of the property is excellent. But the property needs to be better maintained. We have to compromise at many points. Fixing the things on arrival of the guests does not represent good service.

The stay was fine. It's a serene place. The ambience of the hotel is quite good. But there were certain issues that we told the hotel staff in the morning while checking out. Moreover i feel when a customer is paying nearly 6k for room he must get some basic amenities like bathroom sleepers, etc i would like to rate my overall experience as good i. E 4 thank you

It was an awesome stay and experience! great empire hotel is at perfect location at night we could view the dharmashala cricket stadium and in the morning mountain and valley view. Also the restaurant food was awesome. Special thanks to sanjay kumar he suggested great food options which was like home food and we enjoyed a lot.

1. This is not a hotel but a lodge, hospitality is pathetic. There is no management in the hotel, the reception is unattended and it’s complete chaos in the hotel

Terrible experience 0 hospitality and restaurant guys are too crazy, to much long from city and very unclean rooms no chairs in balcony, restaurant price are to much high test is average, only puri available in 700 rs buffet at-list no salt also available in table don’t take any type of food hear, no tissue paper also not available room.

Food quality is very poor and its expensive too. Hotel gives ghosly vibe ( good vibe is missing ). Not recommended for family with children.

Amenities mentioned are not true. No bar no gaming zone only a snooker table and table tennis available. No kids playing area. Washrooms are not having proper functioning like no water in washbasin. Leakage in bathroom. There is no one to receive you when you enter the hotel. We waited for 20 minutes no one came to collect our luggage. The staff at reception is not so helpful. Management is not good. We were 6 adults and one kid. We have done the booking also. Manager said you guys are 9 people but have done the bookings for 6 only. That’s the hospitality of this hotel. After one day we were only guests left and at dinner the restaurant said that tandoori menu can’t be opened as the occupancy is low. We told at reception the person said that’s restaurants call. I said we have given the money for the all said facilities and amenities but the receptionist said no you have given only the room rent not for other things. In amenities list there is written fireplace and bonfire (paid. So we demanded fireplace in the restaurant to start they denied first and then said it’s chargeable. there is gym mentioned also but they said no its in shimla only. Food is also ok ok. Special mention for staff - night receptionist is not so helpful have a different attitude like we are demanding something out of this world. Rest all staff was helpful. Overall experience is ok. Management should be more concerned about customer. We felt that they do not care. The view is great though. Location is also good. Im not against the hotel but this kind of experience is new in 20 years.

Great place with great view especially lobby for children with pool table table tennis and table games

The staff is great, people are helpful. Food is great. Ambience is nice. Service is also nice. Its a clean place for families and friends.
