Poor Stay
neither they given us welcome drink we even asked them to give still service staff was very poor.... electricity gone almost for an hour ....we will never visit this hotel again

I booked a room at shivay morex and it was my first tym in mcleod gunj but the room was not good at all. There is a seepage in the whole room and lots of black mold in the room which could be dangerous for the guest and the washroom was not even clean, when i asked hotel staff to change the room because it has black mold he answered that all rooms have same problem and when i asked is there no room where this seepage and black mold is absent then he asked for extra prices to change it to good room I really dont know how they clear the quality checks to become a hotel and why MMT is lowering their standards to put them in their hotel criteria. Such a terrible experience

Staff response is very poor , no kettle in room for tea . Morning hotel restaurant opens at 8.30 am & you can have tea only after that .

No value for money
rooms are really very messy ,no intercom working,no water cattle,no milk and sugar bags in room. no immediate response if called for something. only food is good.

Good Stay
The hotel is overall good, though cleaning still lacks as the mattress are not that clean. We asked for a room change because of a mold smell, and the staff was courteous and changed our room to our request to a room with balcony. Location is great at the heart of bhagsu which is really great.

coupleWe didn't stayed here because full hotel was empty not a single tourist wasn't staying there when we reached and secondly in the name of staff only 2-3 boys were there to welcome us thirdly when we had reached there full hotel was in a dark mode as it seems they didn't have a power backup in there hotel in case if electricity is gone & last but not least from the perspective of security & safety it didn't look safer especially when you are going to stay with family.

The people there were of helping nature and the property was also at a good location. Lord bhagsunag temple was also at a walking distance and street shopping was also near by

Hotel staff are nice and rooms are excellent but hotel situated in very crowed area roads are very narrower huge traffic jams in this area

Slow service
Rooms are looking fine, but when you look deeper you find out there’s dust on the bed and pillows are not clean. The mats are dirty room service is very slow they’re not taking you seriously you have to yell on them to make them understand that you’re also paying and you want a good service
