Poor rooms, Fan not working properly, rooms stinking, AC was not working. No well layout breakfast and no one was on reception most of the times for assistance

Riverside but ok place
The hotel is located on the river side, making it the best attraction. The rooms were fairly clean. But, the food was Horrible- Brownies tasted of garlic! Malai tikka was tasteless. Amenities wise- they gave price with breakfast, but had no buffet. U had to choose one dish each from the breakfast menu. The badminton and TT didn’t have balls n shuttles etc.

Peaceful Stay @ Hotel 360.
It was a wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean. Behaviour of Staff was excellent and stood out. Food is excellent. Shower fitting can be improved. That’s just a minor discomfort. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good memorable stay.
Location was good, with river view, served South Indian dishes were average, but North Indian dishes were very good.room service was good with promptness, lift and bathroom fittings needs maintenance. Still very nice stay.

maine ek raat ke liye stay kiya tha room me jate hi 3 keel floor pr mili jis me se ek mere bete ke pair pr lag bhi gayi. almari me jagah jagah keelen bikhri hui thi. subha jb staff ko bataya to umhone koi response mahi kiya. sirf ye kh diya maintance wale chod gYe honge. bathroom sirf hot water shower se aa rha tha cold water wlaa part defected tha. raat ko jb buket and mug ke liye kaha to kahte jarurat nahi padegi sir shower kafi hai.

Good hotel
coupleHotel 360 by d polo at dharamshala is a good hotel. Its location, hygiene, food quality were satisfactory except breakfast which didn’t provide buffet probably due to less occupancy. Room has many issues right from tea maker to washroom door which were addressed by the staff but management should look into the issues which may affect its reputation. The staff particularly vivek, akshay, manish and komal are assets to the hotel who work hard and attend giving personal touch. House keeping staff need more training. We recommend the hotel.

Experience and stat
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The overall experience was very average. We actually were expecting basic cleanliness which was missing. The staff was fine barring a few odd instances. The bathrooms should be kept well with proper hot and cold faucet.
