Excellent property in Palam
we had booked couple of premium rooms and to our delight,our rooms were upgraded to executive suites. The rooms were very clean and luxurious, the dinner and breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. The hotel location is in the main city and easy to reach. Overall our experience was very nice

It’s a luxury property with 5 star experience in a budget price. The thing u liked most is the mountains facing restaurant where I had a great time with my friends on my birthday.

room was good, view from room is a challenge. front reception is helpful, service staff is good. but spa is horrible. stay away from spa as there are no professionals, one person in all and confusing on price, not providing bills and charging gst. not allowing to use sauna, steam. charging 6100 for spa and giving 20 minutes massage and body shaming throughout. terrible experience. not expected from 5 star property spa.

Great stay..
property's location, food, amenities Were excellent, service was not up to mark it was very slow even for dinning on roof top restro… we had a great time with excellent musicians (live music) , I stayed with family we really had a good time. Plz upgrade ur services otherwise great property..5star for stay , ambiance and food also.Breakfast should also be changed everyday.

Excellent Stay
The ambience was excellent. Also the food served was quite delicious. Though the veg item variety was less. Like we didn't get rajma and kadi. Otherwise the staff was very polite and prompt. The location was very good. Even in buffets, they can add more items. And they should have a temperature control swimming pool seeing the weather conditions there. Overall the stay was comfortable.

A Memorable First Stay at Fortune Park, Palampur
This was my first-ever visit to Palampur, and I placed all my trust in Fortune Park as it’s a member of the reputed ITC group—and I’m so glad I did! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to access the local market and nearby tourist attractions. At first glance, the property seemed compact, but once inside, it opened up into a beautifully spacious retreat featuring a cozy bakery, a stylish restaurant, a terrace lounge, and even the town’s only microbrewery. A heartfelt thank you to the management for the generous room upgrade! The rooms were exceptionally spacious, with balconies overlooking the pool, adorned with beautiful antiques and warm lighting that added a touch of charm and comfort. Special thanks to Kajal and Anjali for their warm hospitality—they made us feel truly welcome. We also tried their signature cocktails, which were both authentic and delightful. The rooftop restaurant offered a majestic view of the Dhauladhar range—absolutely breathtaking! Breakfast was satisfying, and the food overall was great. Shivraj Singh was very helpful throughout our stay. We were also lucky to experience their live band night, which was thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Palampur!

There is a huge shortage of staff in every department. One New GM, Mr Tandon has joined. He seems to be promising one more staff, namely Anjali is very good. Otherwise, the staff is almost non-cooperative types. Food is average, but due to positive of staff, everything takes a lot of time. Location is prime parking facilities available, average stay.

We heard loud noises at night from outside the room, there is no sound insulation. Mediocre food, average views from the room. Not worth the bill.

If food is important, stay at some other place.
Rooms are very good. All staff at all levels are very courteous and helpful. Anjali, kajal, sahil and all chef and and all were really greatly courteous and helped very perfectly in everything. Menu and restaurant is to be modified towards betterment to suite all different types of tourist. Choice of food is neglegeble. Parking to reception slope is a killer.
