The staff was very courteous and polite. Service was good. The room size was quite big as compared to same category rooms of other resorts. It is centrally located. Breakfast was good but can be improved. We were a group of 3 families amd we all had a cozy stay.

"I recently stayed at RS Sarovar Portico in Palampur and had an excellent experience overall! The hospitality and service were top-notch, making my stay very comfortable. The rooms, while a bit old, were clean and did the job well. The food at the hotel was good, and the breakfast buffet, though not lavishly laid out, had all the essentials I needed. One thing that didn't quite hit the mark were the fruits served - they weren't really good. Despite a couple of minor things, my overall experience at RS Sarovar Portico Palampur was great. I'd recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Palampur, especially considering the hospitality and service they offer.

Hotel is at very good location, ahead from Palampur market, great staff and great ambience, rooms are very spacious, their revolving restaurant (just like Parikrama in Delhi) is must visit with family for a lunch or dinner, overall it was a very good one night stay. All the best

It was very good stay at Rs portico Palampur. Very cooperative, very good staff. Cloud 9 revolving restaurant is also very good, food quality is par excellent.

One of the best hotels in Palampur. In the midst of the town. ✔️Rooms - Had booked the premium room. the room soze is good enough and the room and washroom were neat and clean. All the toiletries were well provided. They have a revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel and is worth visiting for dinner, if you like fine dining. They have a small kids room for the kids to play. All the staff were courteous and helpful. They have a snooker room combined with the bar. The hotel is close to the Saurabh Van. Unfortunately we stayed there only for a day so could not enjoy much.

It was amazing. Very good service and the breakfast is just waoh. The revolving restaurant is too good too.

The hotel does not have a proper documented policy on kids stay (<12 yrs age). They asked for additional charges for my 2 kids, both aged < 12yrs. They were unable to show any policy documented and kept on referring to their website. On top of it, they asked for additional charges to provide bedding for my kids. When I confronted them, they agreed to provide bedding and asked me to call room service. Upon calling room service, they again said it will be additional charges. I got frustrated and asked them to refer to reception desk as it was agreed upon checkin. After that they agreed and provided extra bedding for only 1 kid. This shows the management is totally money minded and do not care about guest experiences. I complained to MMT through which the booking was made and they were also not able to confirm on this policy of the hotel. There was absolutely no clarity on this. I have stayed in brands like Marriott, Trident and they allow kids < 12yrs to stay free in an existing room . This confirms Sarovar Portico is far behind that league. Even local lodges provide better check in experience.

This hotel is well located with all the good facilities. Staff are very courteous and supportive. It also has good parking facility.The view from the hotel is fabulous.

They way they treat their gust and asking them to pay bill in midnight . Not going to stay or recomm

Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Good variety of breakfast served. Situated at a good location. Surrounded by hills.

Firstly would like give a big shout out to the entire team. I had forgotten my iPad while checking out and the team made sure if was delivered to my address. Want to thank Ankita from the front desk you was constantly in touch and sharing regular update about my package .

The room is like a cabin with no clear view. The pictures shows something different than the actual one. The services was soo damn slow i ordered a cup of tea and it took one hour to serve the same and the worst part was the tea was not at all hot.

Memorable stay at RS Sarover portico palampur Hotel was nothing short of exceptional.The room was clean,spacious and well maintained with all the amenities we need.It offer breathtaking views of the mountains.The staff is incredibly hospitable, ensuring every need is met with warmth and efficiency.Finally it is an absolute gem of Palampur. I would highly recommend RS Sarovar portico to anyone visiting to Palampur.
