hi everyone honestly i can say that this hotel is my best experience. location is outstanding. so relaxed. hotel staff were too good. specialy restaurent staff deepak arun. on reception shalini sunil both were very nice . food was very good. rooms bathroom all are perfect. totaly our own home feeling. thanx justa palampur . i hope i will go palampur soon n stay there again

Good Stay
Location is good. One tends to miss the property because of lack of sign posting. Guard at the gate should be more vigilant rather than keeping his head down on browsing cell phone. Parking is adequate but not covered. Guests may not be comfortable trudging in mud during monsoon. It rains a lot in Palampur. Vallet parking would be appreciated. Room is comfortable though bed was too soft for my taste. There is no table to keep food if ordered through room service. If a guest want to sip a cup of tea or any other beverages, there is no side/ peg table to keep a glass/ cup while sitting on a chair. Staff in restaurant and reception are very courteous and efficient. My compliments to them. Food is good. I would have given five stars but will restrict to 4 star because of above mentioned points. Bad property wrong pics but good staff better avoid.
Rooms were different from what is shown in pics. Basically they have 2 wings 1 is old and 1 is new. If u call them and do booking u get new rooms. The rooms are shit. Too bad non maintained. The linens are stained and no cleanliness. Wifi does not work. View is good and staff is very polite and well trained. So basically bad bad property with good staff and view. Not worth night which I paid it's like 1500 to 2000 max. Rooms and bathroom were pethetic. I think justa is not maintaing there properly. Had same experience in just gurgao also. Will never stay at any justa property in future. They are showing wrong pics of rooms.

One of best in Palampur!
The hotel staff is superb. They were very attentive and quick with the requests. The mountain view from the room was breathtaking . Also thankful to the staff to allow us an extended 2-3 hours stay due to our taxi schedule (Ofc, subject to availability)

"I recently stayed at Hotel Justa Palampur and had a wonderful experience. We booked three rooms, and from the moment we arrived, Sunil at the reception made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Shalini was also incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay, with excellent service and friendly assistance. Housekeeping was thorough and ensured our rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well-equipped, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend Hotel Justa Palampur for anyone visiting the area!"

I had a wonderful stay. Concern only no heating system in room. Not served breakfast in the room after requesting it's a embressing. Only one bucket get of hot water. Rest all good.
