overall had a nice satay
Hotel room was excellent. Well, spacious and neat and clean. Staff behaviour towards us was very nice. They were Well, behaved and soft spoken. The Food quality was okay. Into reality, had a nice stay

worst experience in hospitality
It’s an average hotel but yes one thing is that their property is neat and clean very very limited buffet and service of the restaurant is very very poor . Staff is limited in Resturant and the food quality was not up to the mark and there only one ac in Resturant which literally makes us heavy sweat

One the worst clark inn property, no buffet breakfast no room amenities proper available, after calling 2-3 times then they sent basic amenities like towel, Dental kit and very over prized hotel I ever stayed. Upset first time Clark inn property. next time need to think twice for booking clark inn chain hotel..

Average Stay
Stay was good but good was average with very few options in breakfast buffet. Parking at a very steep ramp upwards while hotel did not allow to park car at ground level even though it was available.

2 Night 3 days visit to Palam

rooms were specious and clean. No fridge in room, Early checkin denied though was assured No 20% discount offered as mentioned while booking Food was ok.

Poor Stay
Staff was very good.i would give 5 star rating for staff only.otherwise for hotel i would give 2 star.. Restaurant has very limited menu..and every time you have to order something you need to scan the QR code for menu which was very uncomfortable.. There was very bad smell in bathroom which never goes even after using room freshener.

My stay at Palampur was Divine. AOTEL Clarks Inn provides solace with serene surroundings, perfect for a clean hygienic stay with good food. Cabs are available for sightseeing.

Food was good ...stay experienced is bad...
soloLight went off from night 12 to morning 5 am..no alternate of provide supply..owner should look into the same.

Stay was average with spacious room and good view. Good housekeeping staff absence of running hot water was only reason for dissatisfaction.

Excellent Stay
It was wonderful stay at aotel, hotel staff was nice and helpful. Food was very tasty, whether it was breakfast or dinner. Hi-tea was also provided which was cherry on the cake. Smooth check in and check out was possible.
