Nice property for the stay /

Hotel is very far from Dharamshala. Food and service are average. Please avoid this hotel.

This property is located about 35 km away from airport and takes about an hour. It is surrounded by natural beauty on all sides and is the right place if you want to stay away from hustle of city life. The food is good here. However, being right in the midst of forest, there are a lot of insects that give a lot of trouble - even inside the room. The rooms and washrooms are a bit dated and in need of repair / upgrade. Considering that this property is listed as 4 star on Make My Trip and I paid for a suite room, I expected better facilities and services for the price I paid. Nevertheless, it was a good overall stay.

It was an awesome experience for us to stay at this resort. A little away from main City this is the right place for people looking for a relaxing holiday in the nature's lap. Hotel staff is extraordinary. Very polite, humble and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there and would suggest people to try it once. You will surely love the place.

The staff is very rude. The rooms are stinking and filthy. It's not at all safe for ladies. The staff is drunk ed during their service. The owner of the property is very rude and has an abusive language. The front desk staff is very rude. The property is not safe. Please don't book this property if you are traveling with ladies. You can find spy cameras in the room so before checking the room if u are couple See the room they might upgrade and give you a room which might have spy cameras. It's really not at all safe.

Best part of resort is super helping restaurant and kitchen staff. Resort location is too much far from all attractions of Dharmshala and McLeod gang one need to pay much every time you come out of Resorts. Now everything is charged inside Resorts whether pool table, born fire senior management don't know how to speak and don't have courtesy. This resort is good only if one come with large group, couple should avoid. As it get too scary at night.

Location is very poor, as it is located very far from Mcleodganj and other tourist places. There is nothing nearby this resort, it is literally in a forest. So this resort is only for those who just want to stay and enjoy in resort only because the location is very poor. Food was very good, rooms are spacious. Staff is courteous.

Exhaust fan is very essential for the bathroom. The room becomes smelly in the lack of proper accessories in the washroom.

Bad experience as the location is too far away from any market or town and hence hotel staff takes advantage of that. Rooms are average for the price they are charging. Would never recommend this hotel to anybody.

The overall experience was not so good as it took lot of time and money in commuting to places. The hotel is far off from city limits and the cleanliness inside the hotel is also average .. The food is fine ..

We enjoyed the trip. Nice Place with full of greenery. The Hotel staff is very nice and polite spoken. My kids has enjoyed the swings and played badminton in the garden. Food is delicious at nominal rates. Really appreciate the staff performance. The staff are brilliant and their soft skills were awesome. They all were good. KEEP IT UP.

Horrible experience, rooms were dirty, service is very poor food was horrible, the charges of the rooms are of 5 star hotels whereas the service of the hotel was of 1 star, totally unworthy not a good option

If you want to stay somewhere relaxing and beautiful. This place is a great choice. Really great views, nice place, the food veg and non veg was very tasty. The staff were really friendly. We loved our stay.

Location of Hotel is excellent giving panoramic view of snow capped Dhauladhar range. Stayed at 2 BHK Duplex cottage that was nicely designed but not maintained well. Services needs drastic improvement. Seems to be understaffed.. Would like to mention about Kapil who take that extra effort to make our 2 hr trekking expedition memorable. Only because of him, have rated this property 4 rather than 3 stars.

Hotel is very well located in greens away from usual traffic excellent view. Staff is very humble and professional. One Guy Kapil took extra pain to keep us comfortable. We would surely like to visit again.

Located on Dharamshala Palampur- road. Good for people in transit. Rooms were not up to the mark with damp walls, faulty flushes, irregular floors. Bedding inadequate. Extra bed was only a mattered with a bed sheet and a single blanket which was grossly inadequate in the extreme cold. But service was excellent with a very co-operative and efficient staff. Very polite and helpful staff tried their best to take care of us. Food was good. Breakfast was average. Dinner was very good.

On arrival the room offered was very shabby and the staff argued that we have the booked the same room. The room neither is one of the cottages or facing the scenic locales. It faces the village road. The room is also in a corner of the property and looks like a staff room. For such a room one need not pay such high tariff and stay far off from Dharamshala - it is comparable to a lodge room. After much deliberation the room is changed and additional amount of Rs. 1000/- was collected for which no bill was generated. Overall experience left lot of unpleasantness and spoiled the mood for a while. The web site, photos shown at time of booking and actual room offered are no way comparable, as a customer one feels cheated. Overall property is good but the staff behaviour is very bad and they try to squeeze money. Room furnishings needs to be improved. Bathrooms provided with geysers - which is not adequate if 2 or more people to take bath as winters are extreme here and such geyser may be the wrong choice.
