I had a pleasant experience at the Niggle Riverfront Hotel. The highlight was the beautiful natural setting—there’s a calming stream right next to the property that creates a soothing sound throughout the day. A great choice for anyone looking to relax in a scenic riverside location.

A property nestled in a perfect place giving your eyes a treat of Dhauladhar Ranges & river as well. Good Spacious rooms with excellent service. staff was well behaved.

Excellently located property. Rooms are very spacious and offer breathtaking river views. Access to river is a very big plus of the property.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The view from the balcony is amazing. The food was expensive and not up to the mark. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Location is a bit far from main Palampur town. Breakfast choices are also limited. But over all a good stay although a bit overpriced

This is the coolest place you can get to to experience the actual Dhauladhar peak and Neuglal river natural majesty ..We stayed here for 2 days and wasted the other 2 on the busy overcrowded streets of Dharamsala..if you are a naturelover..you cannot miss this place in Palampur..the Courtyard rooms are awesome and the staff are vert warm , proactive and helpful..The location the lawns and the overall experience is mesmerizing! please skip Dharamsala and visit this place.

The best part of our experience was that the experience matched what was depicted in the website. Over all a very good property with fantastic experience of the Neugal river at the lap of the snow clad mountains. The service was very homely and hospitable and rooms were very clead and up to mark. Since its a new Hotel, I will expect the food to be a tad better in my next visit

It was a dreamy experience. My room had an amazing view of both river and mountain range. I came for 2 days and ended up staying for 5 days. Everything in this hotel including room, food, staff were 5 star. It felt soo homely. Thanku neugal river front resort for making our vacation amazing. Would definitely visit again.

Location was awesome, we booked this hotel in 2023 also, and again in 2025. Rooms are spacious. Nice river view

the view is amazing, the flowing river and lush green gardens of the resort offer a great experience. staff is very polite. The taste of food needs an improvement. other than that, it was an exceptionally good stay.

Amazing property, wonderful view of dhauladhar range and the wide view of the neugal river. We stayed in a room with balcony and from the room itself the view is spectacular. We simply loved it and extended one more day of our stay. We went for a riverwalk in the morning, soaked in the sun by the clear neugal river water. The food is good, very prompt service for anything we needed. Warm rooms with comfortable bed and comforter. Could not think of anything better, awesome experience. One unexpected thing was: our car full of dust as we were travel-ling for the last few days, today morning the hotel guard got all the guest cars parked in the hotel washed on their own, without being told. We really thank for such a wonderful stay at neugal river front. The wifi is superb as well.
