The location and the property is amazing. The hotel food was pretty good as well. Hospitality and cleanliness was good too. Lots of locations to see nearby. We had a pretty good time at this place

Our stay was great. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Food was delicious and we enjoyed our stay overall.

family with 1 kidIt's a case what could have been a great property. Poorly managed. Location is nice but... Bathrooms are old n jaded. Toilet bowls, shower all defective n not clean. Gardens not maintained Breakfast horrible Imagine they refused to prepare fresh Parathas Overall poorly maintained. Short staffed. Petty mentality

familyPporly managed and maintained what would otherwise have been a great property. Its a heritage building and great location but its terribly maintained. They sell you a large room in the name of suite. The bathrooms are terrible. Bed mattress are long overdue for change. Greens are shoddily maintained. Food is pedestrian breakfast is horrible terrible experience stay away

not as per expectations
familyI have stayed in welcome heritage properties and most of them are comfortable, clean and decent. I never expect luxurious stays here . But being welcome heritage property one is assured about cleanliness and courtesy. As soon as we entered the property the electricity went off . Anyways the lights were on soon enough as we entered our rooms. We had three rooms for five ppl. Bathrooms were dirty with hair on the floor . My daughter’s bathroom and ours had leakage too. Staff was rude and food was not upto the mark. A wedding had taken place and all the place a complete mess. The grounds were not at all kept in good condition. They served us very reluctantly. Next day as we were checking out they gave us a guided tour of the palace and surprisingly the tour guide was very nice and made us feel welcome in the property . But too late and too little I guess .

Good Stay
The staff is very good, courteous and helpful. There are a few shortcomings as under. 1. General area and lawns are shabby and not maintained. The trees and shrubs need pruning and beautification. 2. Amenities like swimming pool and badminton court etc are non-functional. 3. Tv functionality was a problem, every-time help had to be sought. 4. Hot water was also an issue. Every-time 2 to 3 bucketfuls needed to be thrown before hot water flowed from the taps. 5. Staff was very nice and good. 6. Food was good.

Property was not maintained properly and even no sign of hospitality. Rooms were not cleaned properly

Heritage peace and tranquil
soloQuaint place, peaceful and calm, very nice rooms and heritage can be seen. The food was good, the staff were very polite and nice. The place is in need of renovation

familyLocation is good. We can rate as 3 star property for sure. But food is not that good. Paid a good amount for breakfast buffet & lunch. Not worth the food.

Great property
This is an amazing place for a calm and peaceful holiday, the ambience is really great. Room service and hygiene is wonderful. Staff is very humble and helpful. I would definitely recommend and plan another vacation in this beautiful place surrounded by dhauladhars. Best place to stay away from city life.

Good heritage property, avg service
coupleWe stayed here 3 nights. Pros: location - easy access, bang on the highway property - good property, views, outdoors seating and a heritage wing to boast of rooms palace wing - comfortable with good views (suite room) staff - was polite and had equitable employment with good gender ratio. Enjoyed the little conversations parking - ample parking, so wasn’t a hassle cons: food - very bad taste and quality, we preferred to eat at the restaurants right across the road. 1/3rd the price, better taste, similar quality. Also some days they wouldn’t serve ala carte, only buffet. Responsiveness - no one answers the phone at reception/housekeeping toiletries - not stocked standard dental kit /shower cap etc and is made worse by no one answered the extensions. Washroom ventilation- no ventilation in washrooms

Nice stay, comfortable. Service bit slow but quality is good. Swimming pool was not clean, so didn’t get chance to swim
