    Reached the hotel. The staff was not cooperative. Asked for the restaurant services. They do not serve after 10pm. No facilities, no service. The hotel room is good. I will never visit this hotel. The hotel staff takes 45 minutes to serve tea. The intercoms in the hotel are not working. Once upon a time used to be a good hotel with good restaurant. Stayed for two nights and had food in adjacent hotel. The staff was also adamant for locking the main door at 10pm.

    Facilities- nothing much to talk about. Spacious room. Just one restaurant, minimal room service. Delay in service of food in spite of ordering 1 hour in advance. Smiling staff but refuses to serve (hot water) post 10 pm. Check out was horrible. Called 30 mins prior to departure but bills not kept ready, paid only for room charges and asked brother to pay the F&B charges as bills were not ready and had a flight to catch. Nobody to attend to calls at reception. Same staff seen everywhere- reception, room service, restaurant or bell desk services. AC remote was not working for 2 days, Tata sky TV not recharged, had to remind them to charge on daily basis. Management poor and unapologetic when shared the above mentioned concerns.
