The rooms were good and clean but the food service was very slow. They took more than 1 hour for our dinner order. Breakfast menu was very less and no variety was there. Food was tasty but it took lot of time.

Good hotel in naddi mcleodganj

Good property to stay in naddi mcleodganj. Good big rooms with good view. We have stayed in premium room which is of good size and attached balcony. Food is good. Staff is supportive. Car parking is available at hotel. The only thing that need improvement is the washroom though they are clean but can be better.

Hotel was neat and clean, very decorative, you get what you ask in no time, hospitality was fabulous, view was awesome (located above dal lake 200-400 meters, staff was very generous specially pankaj sir, bupinder sir food was also delicious. Served anytime you are hungry.

familyI was there in hotel 22/06/2024, with my family and it was worst experience of my life. Atleast, 2 hours required to eat meal. There was no food in the utensils kept for morning buffet. Service was very poor in terms of food. One should not have any meal in the premises.

The location of the hotel is very good but there are a lot of issues with the room cleaning and even restaurant services are average. Lots of dust on the floor, spider nets, and hairs on the bed sheets. Not worth staying at a premium price. Though the staff was supportive and listened to your queries. I hope they will improve on cleaning soon.
