I found the property on Make my trip, compared with other properties it was most suitable for me and turned out to be value for money ensuring the quality in every aspect particularly in food.

Terrible Stay
The property is not at all as it seems in pictures. The rooms and washrooms are not maintained. Common area for games and gym are in very bad condition with broken gym equipments, torn sofas. The beds looked unhygienic and not to miss the pool water which was almost black and didn’t seem to be cleaned in months. Late night food service was pathetic. We made our order before the last order timeline and received incomplete items . When we tried to reach the kitchen, they had closed it and no one was available to give our Baby’s food. Pathetic experience overall.

location worst to find I have booked one night day. horrible room cleaning commod full of xxx. bedsheets had hairs on it. you have to climb 130 steps to reach suite room. horrible experience.

Very inconvenient stay. Approach to the hotel was terrible. Property upkeep/ and cleanliness really bad. Staff was very unkept and lacked warmth. Food was just ok, very limited options

Average Stay
The hotel facilities are pretty average and unlike any Regenta premium hotel. It’s not user friendly and does not have lift.The pics of game room and gym are deceptive and the space is not fully functional or maintained.

Excellent Stay
Stayed in studio room which was neat and clean. Hospitality was above my expectations. Pleasent stay overall. View was ok. Food was 10/10 if you got this type of food in hills that's cherry on cake.

Poor Stay
Rooms are very dirty. Shower is way too high to reach first. There is no lift, one has to climb up like a trek to reach top of the resort. Not recommended for old age peoples.
