was given room 1 hour post reaching, room shown first was full of insects, second one was again full of insects and all and finally second day got a bearable room was a pathetic experience from room point of view while Ravi from hotel team was supportive and gave complimentary dinner and breakfast and tried his best to make us comfortable but overall experience was very poor and this is not a 4 star property

Terrible Stay
It was a very terrible stau for us at Katson castle.. Although we have booked castle premium but the services they provided were horrible. Fan , electric kettle, geysers and even intercoms all were not in working position. Internet was not working,tv was not operative. We have to go again and again at the reception for enquiry. We asked for 2 extra pillows which we couldn't get till the check out time.Saddest part was not even one person was responding. Horrible experience.

Stay location was good and people are generous but lacking cleanliness. I requested for early checkin by 4 hours but the staff took 3hours to provide the room.

home away from home
The experience was wonderful. All the amenities were provided to us in a good way.! The hotel staff was welcoming and helping. They stayed up late night for the checkin. Also, they went beyond to create memorable trip for us by providing everything as required. Moreover, the check out process was also smooth. The restaurant was good in preparation. The scenic view of the hotel is commendable. The staff even made our stay comfortable by providing baby food. The pool area, play area gym were all hygienic and cleaned well.

Great location with great view
I stayed here & i was really happy with my experience. The staff is very courteous and the room service was fast & good. I used the gym facilities too and enjoyed that experience as well and amazing hotel to stay in katson castle dharamshala. Spectacular views. The food is also really good and the service is prompt and efficient.

It's a very nice property with a very good location and decent food. Staff is cordial and helpful. On request they kept our preorder food in the room as we were running late

I stayed at hotel katson castle, dharmashala along with my family in may’24. The property is quite new and very well maintained. The rooms were quite clean and hygenic. The staff is courteous and was constantly looking for ways to make my stay pleasant. Special mention and thanks to gm of the property mr. Manish thakur who personally ensured the booked ipl match tickets were collected in timely manner from hp-ca ground and also for ensuring my stay was a memorable one.

It was a wonderful stay at Katson Castle. The room were clean and spacious. The breakfast menu was great and had variety. The views from the top floor rooms are mesmerising. The staff is friendly and polite. Overall a very nice experience.👍🏻

Horrible hotel and services
familyOverall very unprofessional staffs with incomplete hotel, still a lot of construction is going on. Very dirty stairs and corridors. Restaurant is just for the namesake. Very poor service at restaurant, minimal breakfast menu with limited staffs and unpalatable tastes. I request make my trip to not misguide the travellers with false ratings.
