I stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately, it did not meet even basic 3-star standards. The room had a constant foul, sewer-like smell which made the stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom floors were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before check-in.
The room decor looked old and poorly maintained, and some of the furniture was broken, which added to the sense of neglect. Overall, the room did not reflect the quality one expects from a hotel with such a rating.
The food served was average — nothing special but not bad either. On a positive note, the staff were polite, courteous, and always willing to help, which was the only redeeming aspect of the stay.
Would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
