Our stay was very comfortable at resort, everything was excellent food , ambience, service everything, we were fully satisfied

hotel was gud..food was ok...but was overpriced ...services could be much better as per it's charges

1. The suite booked had wrong listing on MMT, had to get the suite changed as per the listing. First they gave me a normal balcony suite but I had booked a garden balcony suite, also it was a shared balcony which was not mentioned in MMT listing. Very disappointing experience. 2. Service: room service take lot of time to revert 3. Food: Extremely overpriced, while it taste good but the quality is worst. My husband and I both had upset stomach after eating here and even after our trip we haven't recovered. If anyone staying here pls don't eat food from the hotel something seriously wrong with it.

pathetic wifi, dinner and breakfast buffet very average rooms were good but other services could have been better Had to check out a day earlier for some emergency and staff did not even feel empathetic about it.

Location is very much accessible and scenic. The entire staff shown great hospitality. Had a great trip and enjoyed my stay.

Pleasant place to stay with cooperative staff, mesmerizing mountain view, good and fresh food. Just that the hotel is located in outskirts of town and you have to spend more for taxi.

The indraprastha resort is a beautiful resort. The location offers stunning views of the dhauladhar mountain range and the kangra valley. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

Wifi not working and hotel charging for second person in the room and reception person doesnt know the way of talking terribly bad experience

My room was mountain view with balcony. Room. Lift available for upper floors. Room was spacious, clean, provided with necessary toiletries. Restaurant was clean, food was good. Staff was available for serving if needed. Room service was prompt. Front desk was prompt. Mr. Ankush was very helpful, he provided sedan car for us & let us travel by our needs. Good experience with driver kakuji.

1. Jacuzzi was totally leaking 2. As i have booked through mmt, so they were not treating me the way they should treat the guests 3. Due to jacuzzi leakage, they have made a lot of excuses for shifting to another room. 4. For all the complementary inclusions as per package, i have to remind them again and again 5. No complimentary in room refreshments were provided as per package

Location of the hotel is fully loaded with nature. Hotel staff is very polite and disciplined. Food quality and amenities are good.
