The location of the hotel is great with wonderful views . The staffs are really nice and food is good too which is a plus .overall recommend it

Wonderful Experience
Our stay at Hotel was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the service at the restaurant was great—the stewards were attentive and polite. The reception team was welcoming and made the check-in and check-out process smooth. Overall, everything about the hotel was impressive, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent Stay
we opted for the balcony view room, and it was the best decision. the room was spacious and super clean. loved the antique fixtures and overall furniture. the view was lovely. talking about the food, it was super delicious. we tried some usual dishes, but they were presented and they tasted different (in the best way). the service is top-notch too! highly recommended hotel! a must must visit!

stole diesel from car
worst experience... they steal petrol diesel from cars parked as they have policy to keep car keys... also they dont inform u about last order time which is really bad... and this hotel is on lease so only business on ther mind no hospitality.

Average Stay
The room was not properly cleaned. I had paid for both dinner and breakfast while booking, and it was clearly mentioned that it would be a buffet. However, I was given a small menu with very limited food options. The quality of the food was also below expectations. The hotel is overpriced considering the amenities provided. The location is also very difficult to access. Although the room was advertised as having a balcony, it was not worth the extra charge. The balcony faced the forest and was not even suitable for sitting or relaxing.

Excellent Stay
The location is great. The rooms that we got upgraded to by the Manager Sapna Pandey is truly appreciated. The terrace on the 5th floor overlooking the hills is value for money. You can take your drink there and order your eats from the restaurant which was good. A huge shout out to the Managers Sapna and Sashank. Lovely staff as is the nature of the people of the area. It was very pleasant stay here. Rooms were cleans food was tasty. Location was great for our truind track. They helped us takinf care of our kids while we were away.
