Poorly maintained old property, oyo class rooms being sold as star class. Room AC was not working properly & was stopping throughout the night, no toileteries in bathroom except towels, crooked fittings, soap dispensers were hanging on loose screws and were ready to jump, poorly fitted bathroom door handles (ulta) where you hang the towel inside the shower instead of outside of the glass door, poor quality bed & linens, no information was provided about kitchen timings, surprised to know that on a tourist place, the breakfast timings were only 8 yo 10am, while it is up to 10.30 in business hotels & 11 in tourist hotels, and it was not informed too. overall a regrettable stay, very very expensive for the quality of stay & service.
