"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel in Dharamshala and had a few issues that I'd like to bring to your attention. - Water bottles were not provided in the room. - Glasses were also not available. - The bedding for the third guest was very hard and uncomfortable. - The TV channels were not working. I hope you will take these issues seriously and work on improving the amenities and services. Sincerelerly Jitender

Terrible stay

Everything like food, hot water, air conditioner was faulty and food made us sick. We booked for 2 days but checked out a day early

i stayed at aliza inn naddi. a beautiful boutique hotel on the hill top of mcleodganj. our experience from check till checkout was perfect. all staff members are very polite & cooperative. akriti at front desk is gr8 in handling our all queries. it's good hotel for families who love to stay at peaceful place. highly recommended to all....🥰🙏🏻

Hotel was so so but there is a problem we faced that reception was taking high commission when we book a local cab by receptionist. She make a commission of 500 rs out of 1800 from cab driver. It’s very bad we are paying hotel for hotel services. And hotel staff doing this is very bad.

The rooms were good but no neat and fresh towel, no staff in morning to give tea, no quality toiletry kit and it’s replacement, no electrical iron, no coordination with guest prior to arrival, no quality outdoor chairs in room balcony. No provision of heater in room.
