Day 1: Room Service Issue
We tried to order in-room dining for breakfast, but the room service team refused, forcing us to opt for the buffet instead. This was disappointing, especially since we were looking forward to a more personalised experience in the comfort of our suite.
Day 2: Unhygienic Conditions
The situation worsened when we noticed several centipedes crawling on the floor, and one even on the bed. We reported this to the front desk, expecting a prompt resolution. Instead, they offered us an inferior executive room,downgrading from our originally booked suite. With no other option, we accepted the new room on the condition that hotel will change my room next day.
Day 3: AC and Fan Issues
After shifting to the new room, we encountered further issues. Both room ACs would stop working after just 5 minutes of operation and excessive sound in day room/drawing room, and one fan's regulator was faulty—either fully on or completely off, with no control over the speed. Hotel did not resolve the air condition issue.These technical issues significantly impacted our stay.
Overall Experience
Given the series of problems we faced—poor service, unhygienic conditions, and maintenance issues—it’s clear that the hotel needs to improve its standards. While we hope these issues are addressed in the future, our experience fell short of expectations.
