Awsome resort, awsome rooms and awsome services. Loved the ambience of the resort and the services. Little bit disappointed for food services for which the feedback was given the Chef. But the resort is worth visit.

Awesome resort with a great view
Great stay with best location. Awesome staff and hospitality. Good food. Rooms are very clean. Highly recommended for family and couples.

1. They were offering us the worst view rooms after lot of haggling they gave 1 suite and one double room and credit for room category change. 2. Maintenance is very poor. 3. Staff is very courteous but policies are bad. 4. Being small hotel each staff is doing multiple work so in restaurant or bar hardly people are seen you have to goto reception to call staff. 5. Breakfast and other food quality is very good 6. Room size is excellent 7. View of current rooms are also not so great. 8. Extremely helpful staff.

Good location facing daudhalar hills on one side with valley of trees and pool on the other side. Staf is very well behaved ,well mannered & courteous.Rooms and lounge areas are beautiful , if u love photography then this is your place 😊.Good space for parking and walking around .Ambience o resort is awesome

Horrible Stay – Complete Waste of Money We spent for a 2-night stay, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The rooms we received were nothing like the ones shown on their website. The photo promised deluxe rooms with stunning views, but what we got had zero view. When we brought it up, instead of correcting the mistake, they told us we could upgrade – but only if we paid more. The rooms were in terrible condition – dirty, poorly maintained, with non-functioning air conditioning, noisy ceiling fans, and doors covered in paint stains. There was no hot water because the geysers weren’t working. Cleanliness and hygiene were completely ignored. Flies were literally in our food – twice. Once during dinner, and again the next morning in our tea. Even after complaining, the issue was not taken seriously. The food itself was either flavorless or so spicy it was unbearable. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you care about your comfort, cleanliness, and value for money, do not stay here. ⸻

Not a good experience
familyI stayed there for 2 days. The acs were not working, the swimming pool was dirty and it was mentioned that the property has pool table but there was no games at all.

coupleLocation is good, lobby is dark, executive big room gets heated due to glass, smaller room are cool, library is good for readers, in balcony, smell of sewage sometimes, food is ok, serving portion is large, driver food they refused but gave twice, server was nice. Breakfast is good. Garden has leeches told by staff. Swimming pool is rare in hill station. Mineral water was not provided. Ro water is diuretic

familyI have taken map plan but hotel doesn’t provide any buffet in both days even they provide only very limited options of food. Most of the items listed in the manue was not available. Breakfast options was also very limited and quality of fruits provided in breakfast was not good.

coupleThe property is stunning, with amazing interior decor. It is surrounded by lush greenery, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The food was also tasty, although the breakfast buffet was limited. I would highly recommend a stay at at-man resorts dharamshala.

familyIt was an average stay. The food is not at all good. Rooms are big and clean. View is great from the mountain room. Customer service at the poorest ever. Staff doesn’t care about the customer. You can better in this amount.
