Hotel Royal Castle

Staff was really cooperative but hotel property needs repair ( leaky infrastructure). Location though is really nice.

Very very bad experience, very poor service in everything like damaged room telephone, dirty washroom, irresponsive staff, no wi-fi access. If you ever think to visit dharamshala please choose another option instead of royal castle.

Over all good experience. Suggest you to provide sleepers in room. Location is near to bus stand which is perfect. And also near to mall.

Floor of lift was unstable, gave a scary feeling. Shower of room no 202 not working, couldn't change from hand shower to fixed shower. Bedsheet was not very clean. Tea bags not provided on the second day

Cleanliness in the entire hotel was below standards, the kettles were not clean an broken even after requesting to change the new kettle was also not clean and broken. For dinner i had to wait for 1 hour even after them telling me first to wait for 20 minutes and then 5 minites again and again. The intercom was not working a visiting card was provided to call at reception for all requests. Tea bags were not in sachets but open ones so don’t know how old tgey were. All in all 3500 for a hotel on mmt it was not worth it at all and i had a terrible night. Food i had at in the night and morning was good and satisfactory respectively.

Not a worth to stay at this hotel. Service is more than pathetic. Rooms are dirty. Food is dirty and bad

Old doors, hairs at bed sheet, hanger broken, nobody at reception. They have shown something else in pics and reality is something else

No exhaust fan in bathrooms, bathroom fittings are very loose, the one on reception and two dark complexion guys are the only professional people in the entire hotel. Food is very average. Common washrooms is as bad as sulabh shochalaya.

The rooms and property looks nothing like the pictures. It was a highly highly terrible experience. The staff lacked courtesy. The hospitality was zero. I booked the hotel at a high price due to a local event and it turned out to be a scam. They literally robbed my money by lying about the property. Do no stay here.

Don't get fooled with photos posted of the property by the hotel management, it is all crooked. The hotel is not worth the money they are charging, for a night and lacks the basic amenities.

My hotel stay was nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the breathtaking mountain view was a treat. The amenities were exceptional, offering relaxation and entertainment, while the food was a culinary delight, with diverse and delicious options. It made my stay truly unforgettable.

We reached late at night. There was nobody at the reception. The drunk security guard did the check-in. Dirty towels. Overall dont stay at this hotel its just yuck not worth a single penny

Food quality is not good but view and staff is very good, views from hotel is very awesome you can see all the beautiful mountains from hotel

The rooms were good but full of cockroaches and the food was not upto mark too. So spending a huge amount on staying with cockroaches is not worth. .

It was good overall, but dine in takes but and less staff.
