Everything like premises location scene views from room, room service, food quality, quantity was excellent. Adding cherry on the cake was presence of ducks as an added advantage for kid. So 10 on 10 . Only disadvantage was way to approach cause of tight roads. IT was a great experience stay over in the quartz,👍

The property is not at all upto the mark. The photographs are misleading. The AC wasn’t working. There was no staff to attend us. Rooms and the surrounding were not clean. We skipped the breakfast even when we had paid for it.

The property is nice, clean and spacious. But it is far from the main road and not being managed by professional people. Very limited options in breakfast or dinner. But they charge like a four star hotel. For example, no starters, in the name of desert only kheer, not even ice cream. Overall my experience is not good. It's a good property but not worth 7. 5k per night.

familySecluded from the city life, a great place. Staff is really good and helpful, food is average but you will find a lot of options nearby. The pathway to hotel is good but as in hills a bit tricky at some points. Location is good looking at beautiful dhauladhar range. You will find ducks and fishes in property and if you like trek then you can easily do from here.

We were disappointed with the lack of lift which was inoperational during tge gull stay, we had a elder person whovl a wanted a room with mountain view the rooms given to us was on first and second floor,she was totally disappointed as she could not enjoy and take a ground floor room. The management should have been more quick and accountable and responsible and take quick action and run the operations smoothly. instead of switching off the lift etc and waiting for a technicians to arrive from outside for 2 days. The kitchen and dining was not upto standard,lack of foods items and serving personnel was less. The staff need to be more proactive Other than that ambience was good

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was captivated with stunning views of the nature, beautiful wheat field, scenic mountains of its’ surroundings..homely stay like feeling, delicious food at reasonable rate, courteaous hotel staffs, neat and clean rooms, prompt and quick service…what more you ask for…we spent two days relaxed and hassle free holidays in this property…highly recommended.
