Club Mahindra Dharamshala

The property is located right on the road and is quite small unlike other club Mahindra properties. Therefore lots of road noise. The amenities are mediocre and not the one you expect at this price. The water often does not come in the bathrooms. And the water drainage is all clogged up leading to unpleasant situations. The food is very bad. We stayed 7 days and many days the food was spoilt. On enquiry the chef confessed that they cook a day before and keep in fridge (many items). In summary, this is an avoidable place. Best to skip unless one wants to firefight and fight with hotel staff in the holidays.

Location is very ordinary. A small property with out any lift. Food, Amenities & Services were excellent. When they came to know that it was our marriage anniversary day, they surprised us with an amazing cake. So’sweet’

My experience on this stay was quite below my expectations. I had dinner included the food served was neither hot nor to the standards when it comes to the taste another thing that was very disappointing were the etiquettes used by the staff while serving and clearing the table. The used cutlery was placed back on the table while clearing out the plates, instead of being cleared along with them.

Staff followed most of social distancing norms and served a good breakfast but still lacked in good servicing. At first we were allotted a ground floor with only half the size and only half the amenities and hotel parking as view, we had to literally struggle to get it changed. They changed only when we said that we would have to check out! a pandemic safe hotel but needs to follow better services

First the staff was not courteous towards guest. Food was pathetic too high charges and service ridiculous, not much option in breakfast.

Rooms are good and staff are well trained.

Very good property with lovely scenic views all around. Hotel staff is very good and always ready to help. They even upgraded my hotel room. I was fortunate enough to book this hotel the hotel staff made my stay very pleasant and comfortable.

Work more on their exterior garden, that's totally messed rest everything is fine

Very courteous staff and hotel. It is located at a good place for a peaceful stay.

The hotel was good. The service was better but it is a bit away from where the tourist would normally want to be. The room provided was not as per advertised. So although it was good and comfortable it was a bit disappointing to not get what you saw in pictures while booking. The service and staff was excellent.

I loved the staff's behavior. Jahangir and the print are excellent and well-behaved staff. The breakfast was good. And the rooms were very comfortable.

We were a family of 8 travelling across the North. This place was one that helped us relax and enjoy our time together and be the center of the stay at Dharmshala.

Pros: 1. Good view from the room. Cons: 1. Quite a small property and pretty old decor. Rooms don't have doorbells and keyguard lock. Basic furniture which needs up-gradation. Bed and doors were making weird noises. 2. Overpriced food. A chicken sandwich will cost you huge. We ordered two dishes in dinner and they gave us two separate bills for both the dishes and forcefully applied 5% service charges, etc apart from regular taxes. As per the rule, CGST and SGST are the mandatory taxes and service tax is optional based on customers wish.

Things like toothpaste n toothbrush were not provided!

Good hotel with very good services. The only issue is absence of lift in three floor hotel.

Our stay was good, enjoyable. But the services offered by Club Mahindra Dharamshala can be improved. It's costly too. According to the cost, services offered are not up to the mark.

Had a wonderful stay. Visited with my kid. He enjoyed to d fullest

Hospitality n food is really good

Terrible is the word worst experience of my life. The manager is very rude.
Terrible hotel. Ned terrible location. They misbehave with non members. Don't ever do. Most horrible experience ever I usually don't write a review but I am writing because they have literally spoil my holiday.
