We had a wonderful stay at this Serene Suites. The location itself is a major highlight – river facing and truly mesmerising to wake up to. Being outside Dharamshala city limits, the property offers a peaceful and less crowded environment, away from the usual hustle and bustle, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. Heater facility in the room was very useful, especially when travelling with kids. A special mention to the staff – they were polite, courteous and ensured we had a pleasant experience throughout. On request, they arranged an additional mattress for our child without any extra cost, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a nice and satisfactory stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and family-friendly place near Dharamshala.

I must say, the hospitality at this place is truly outstanding. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The rooms are quite spacious, and i feel very comfortable here. But what really sets this place apart is the breathtaking view from the balcony. It's simply stunning, and i can't get enough of it. Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to help us during the stay - the service was top-notch, and the dinner was simply amazing. I was blown away by how delicious the food was, and the presentation was beautiful too. Overall, my experience at this place has been fantastic. The hospitality, the rooms, the view, and the service were all exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation or getaway.

Location is a bit far away (10 mins) from the main city, which is good as it is very peaceful. The view of the hill view room is amazing. People are very warm and welcoming, giving you a very homely vibe. Food was also very good. Rooms were decently clean; this is one area of improvement. Else, our stay of 4 nights was an amazing one.
